How do I save a TikTok or Reel to Stash?
Open the video in TikTok or Instagram, tap the Share button, scroll through the share sheet, and tap Stash. The clip will appear in your library in seconds.
Why is my video still processing?
AI transcription and enrichment usually completes within 30 seconds. If a video is still processing after a few minutes, try pulling down to refresh your library. Reach out if it stays stuck.
Can I share my library with someone who doesn't have Stash?
Yes — boards can be shared via a read-only link that works in any browser, no login required.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your clips, boards, and personal data from our servers.
Which platforms are supported?
Stash currently supports TikTok and Instagram Reels on iOS. Android and additional platforms are on the roadmap.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
